 Rochelle offers 25+ years of experience in 
 exercise prescription, fitness class development, 
 design and studio management.
 She began her studies at Humber College 
 with a diploma in Recreation Leadership 
 and continually upgrades her education and 
 accreditations annually.

 All levels of pilates, stability ball, interval, circuit 
 muscle conditioning and cardio classes.

 Balancing home, family and a busy business.

 Accreditations Required:
 Certified Fitness Instructor with an interest in Pilates
 Resist - A - Ball courses an asset!
 CPR in good standing!

 Teaching Opportunities:
 Teach 1 - 2 classes per week.

 What it Takes:
 A willingness to learn and build skills.
 Annual training and renewal of certifications.
 Professional, timely and customer focused.
