                                                                     What Equipment do I need to bring to class?:

Cardio/Condition  - Bring Mat, Stability Ball, Running Shoes & H20 
Pilates with Weights - Bring Mat, Stretch Band 
Pilates with Foam Roller - Bring Mat & Stretch Band (Foam Roller provided)
Weights (3 & 5 lbs.) & Foam Roller are optional in the routine and provided

Stretch Bands available for purchase @ class for $10​ cash
Mats & Stability Balls (55/65 c.m.) can be purchased locally.
