Can't make your class?  You can attend any class on the schedule to fit in a missed workout!

Workshop - Mat 
Cardio Ball & Pilates - Mat, Stability Ball, Running Shoes & H20 (Weights are provided)
Pilates with Weights - Mat, Stretch Band & Weights (Weights are provided at Carlisle)
Pilates with Foam Roller - Mat & Stretch Band (Foam Roller & Weights are provided)
Pilates with Ball & Weights - Mat, Stability Ball & Weights​ 

Mats, Stability Ball & Weights (Suggest 3 - 5 lbs) can be purchased locally.
Stretch Bands for purchase @ class for $10
