CLASS ETIQUETTE & STUDIO POLICIES
Please read and review the etiquette and policies that allow us to keep our classes professional, respectful and enjoyable for both clients & teachers.
1. ARRIVAL FOR CLASS: Doors open 15 minutes prior to class which gives clients ample time to enter, set up equipment & settle in.
2. SPACING OF MATS: Set up mat with arms length (T) space between others. Instructor may ask you to shift forward or back to accommodate all participants.
3. LATECOMERS: Entering a class late is not permitted as it is disruptive to the class setup, fellow participants, the instructor and routine.
4. CELL PHONES: Please turn cell phone ringers off or leave in car.
5. TALKING & CONVERSATIONS: Once the class begins all conversations and talking should STOP. You may be asked a question by the instructor, please keep answers short and to the point.
6. SCENTS: Please come to class clean & scent free.
7. MISSED CLASSES: A missed class can be made up anytime during the 6 week Series timeline (if space permits). Please connect via phone, text or e-mail with your requested makeup date...no drop ins.
Clients with 1 year memberships have up to the renewal date to make up missed classes.
Failure to adhere to the above etiquette and policies can lead to termination of your relationship with studio.
